    Open the Proactive Buddy link and press 'Start' in Telegram. You can also type /start.

    Send your first situation by text or voice. The more real context you bring, the better the reflection.

Using voice in Telegram

  • Find the microphone icon in Telegram.
  • Hold it down to start recording.
  • Swipe up to lock the recording, so you can speak freely.
  • Use 3-8 minutes if you need to explain the context.
  • Try to stay below around 10 minutes per voice message.
